Everything that we see around us is in the flow of giving and receiving. The trees, the flowers, the earth, the water, even us, people, we constantly share and receive energy.
Many times, this process goes unnoticed. We talk to our friends over a cup of tea, we write a report for our job, we spend time thinking about a problem that we want to solve. What happens to our energy during that time? Is it going inwards or outwards? This is a good question to ask ourselves.
We often don’t realise how much energy we lose on a daily basis. Many of us are used to constant giving, and it is only when we are very tired or we develop a discomfort in the body, that we realise that we need to stop and change something.
But there is a simple remedy that can help us to feel much more balanced and healthy. We need to charge our energy.
Like a flower that is growing under the sky and needs water to be healthy, we need energy to feel strong and flourishing. Energy replenishment is a natural healing process and it leads to harmonious physical and emotional system.
Having abundant energy inside is a key to everything: health, inner peace, ability to give to others, good mood, stability and balance. Like our phones that don’t work when they are out of battery, we can’t function properly is there is not enough energy in us.
Here are some ideas that you can use to charge your energy daily:
1. Sitting in silence
This may sound very ordinary however giving yourself time and space is a great way of charging your energy. Many large energy constructs around us, like internet, TV, commercials, even messages, tend to take away a lot of energy from us, and sometimes we interact with them in our head without knowing (still giving our energy away).
When we provide a calm healing empty space to ourselves, we free our system from these invisible connections and we come back to our own energy. This is a gift that we can give to our body and soul, as it is the silence that can lead to new discoveries and understanding about yourself. You may suddenly realise something that you need to do or find out your own healing remedy through intuition.
2. Nature and trees
One of the most effective and easy ways to gain energy is through nature itself. We are surrounded by the trees, plants, grass, even earth itself, when we walk outside. There is always something you can find around you, even if it is just the ground or a small plant on the way home, this is all part of nature.
When you touch the tree or connect to the earth, magic happens in your body. The energy begins to flow in a much better, harmonious way, and gets redistributed properly in the body. You are then becoming that “charging object”, like your phone or computer, and the tree or the plant becomes the charger. Just relax and receive the higher energy flowing into your body, let it do the job in a natural way.
Sometimes just looking at the water or trees in silence for 20 minutes can replenish and renew your energy for the whole day.
3. Practicing energy healing
As well as being able to receive energy from other sources, we are, in fact, generators of healing energy ourselves. We, more than anybody else, have the power to connect to our own energy and rebalance it with our mind and inner energy movement.
You can practice a simple exercise of just connecting your hands together and generating energy. As soon as you do that, new energy appears in your palms and it is ready to be given and distributed inside. Focus on the beautiful healing energy between your hands and then charge yourself abundantly, just enjoying this process.
The energy will find the right pathway and will go to the organs in the body that need healing the most. Keep holding your hands on yourself for 15-30 minutes every day and you will notice a significant improvement in your energy level and wellbeing.
4. Choose energy-fulfilling activities
We all intuitively know what makes us feel happy. Some of us like sports, some like to play music, some like to dance. Deep inside of you, you are drawn to the activities that make you feel good and uplift your energy.
If you observe your energy daily and pay attention to what makes you feel fulfilled, as opposed to losing energy, you can create the best schedule for your health and balance!
Perhaps there is a friend who makes you feel really nourished? Maybe there is a hobby that wakes up your creativity? Everything that is a “plus” for your energy, is a good choice for charging your body.
Plaing live board-games is a beautiful way to connect to yourself and other people. You can interact energetically with people who you love and share and receive energy from each other. Any activity that doesn't involve the screen and makes you feel uplifted in real-time is an "energy fulfiller".
5. Turn off distractions
This a big one in our modern society. The amount of distractions currently is immense, beyond any possible limit. We are put in a position where we have to balance our own energy and navigate our resources not to lose our energy constantly to “energy gatherers”, like phones, screens and sometimes even society concepts.
This can be a real struggle as many times we don’t realise where our energy flows and why we feel depleted. The answer is simple: we give oursevles to another energy which is consuming our power and asking for more on a regular basis.
If you can observe your energy and minimise the use of certain possible distractions, like social media, news, series and so on, your body and energy will feel much better and more at peace. Just notice when it “feels like you are giving your energy away” and make a conscious decision not to do it at that moment. In the beginning, it may seem very difficult and the desire to distract would be strong. But the more you “say no" to these “energy gatherers”, the more powerful you will become. You will then control your time and your energy, not somebody else.
These are some ideas for improving your energy health and charging your system during the day. You may find more ways of doing it for yourself if you just listen to your energy and follow your intuition. Feel free to practice what feels right for you and find your own ways of healing yourself.
After all, your own energy is your teacher. The key is practice and observation. All the answers are within you already.
